Beautifully decorated rooms add a charming touch.
The hotel lacks a staffed reception, making assistance difficult. We had issues upon arrival and received no response to calls or emails for three days. the rooms weren't cleaned or made during our stay, which is unacceptable for a supposed 4-star establishment.

The entrance hall was absolutely stunning, and I loved the luxurious bedding that came with little touches like chocolates and prosecco for our anniversary. I really enjoyed the relaxing bath options and the cozy lounge area to unwind in after a busy day. One tiny thing, the third-floor room didn’t have a lift, which was a bit inconvenient, but it didn’t take away from the experience at all. 🎉

The Superior Queen Room was super comfy with a great bed. I loved having fresh towels daily and a coffee machine in the room—definitely a nice touch! The decor was boutique and really well done. It's also in a perfect spot, close to everything I wanted to see. Just a heads up, I missed having a breakfast option at the hotel.
